SALON POLICIES & PROCEDURES

 

CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text immediately after booking,  and 48 hours prior to your appointment.  Clients are required to add a credit / debit card at time of booking. Cards will NOT be charged until time of service. In the case that the 24 hour notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, Holly reserves the right to charge 50% of the services or 100% of the services if you were to no show or same day cancellation. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, miss/cancelled appointments, and the cancellation fee. 

 

WEATHER:

If you cannot make your appointment due to the weather, please contact me immediately to avoid any cancellation fees. Your life comes first, and there is no need to risk it for a hair or nail appointment.

CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are important to me. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore; I respectfully require a 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for 50% of the cost for your service in which was scheduled. Same day cancellations or NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the cost for your service scheduled. 

 

LATENESS POLICY:

It is important that you arrive on time. Pleased be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and same day cancellation fee will apply, which is 100% the cost of the service.

 

If you are running late, please call the salon at 304.417.6990 and let me know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled.

 

NO SHOWS

If you do not contact to cancel / reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service originally scheduled. Should a no show happen more than twice, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments at Hair By Holly llc.

ZERO TOLERANCE:

We actively uphold the right of every individual and group within our community to be treated with dignity and respect. We believe everyone should be treated equitably. We are therefore committed to a strict zero tolerance policy on any discrimination, harassment or bullying regarding sexual conduct, race, sex, disability, gender, age, sexual orientation, beliefs, and socio-economic background. 

 

NO REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with your hair of any kind after leaving the Salon, you have 72 hours to contact the Salon to  discuss your needs going forward.

**IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGED CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF HAIR BY HOLLY LLC.
